UNHCR I Donate to support Ukrainian families this winter
With temperatures dropping well below freezing – accompanied by wind, rain, and snow – people are finding it almost impossible to keep warm in temporary accommodation and bombed-out buildings. When temperatures fall, a broken window, damaged roof or missing door can quickly become dangerous.
With your support, UNHCR – the UN Refugee Agency – can repair and reinforce damaged homes, replace broken windows and doors, and install vital insulation. We can also provide heaters and blankets, along with cash grants to help people buy essential food, medicine and heating fuel.
By making a monthly donation to Switzerland for UNHCR, you will help us to plan ahead and provide refugees with ongoing relief and protection and help them regain hope for a better future.

If you are resident in Switzerland, your donation is tax deductible. Direct federal tax: 20% of net income, provided that the amount of the donation is at least 100 francs. Municipal taxes: depending on the canton, up to 20% of net income for individuals and 20% for companies. For further information, please contact the tax authorities in your canton.
However, in the very rare case that this emergency response becomes fully funded, your support will be used to provide vital assistance to people forced to flee around the world.
